Came by Bleu on the Hudson this past weekend, and this restaurant truly has it all great drinks, delicious food, and an amazing ambiance. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Everything was beautifully presented, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. We decided to order a variety of items and share everything, which was the perfect way to experience the menu. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and well-executed. If you’re looking for a spot with stunning waterfront views, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience, Bleu on the Hudson is definitely worth a visit. Looking forward to coming back

This is hands down my favorite restaurant! We came here to celebrate a birthday, and they absolutely did not disappoint. Everything we ordered was delicious, but the skirt steak was the standout, it was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and incredibly tender. The mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were to die for and paired perfectly with the meal. We ended the night with the tiramisu, and it was the perfect finish. The food, service, and overall experience were all outstanding. I can’t wait to come back!

Blu on the Hudson in Weehawken is truly one of the most spectacular dining experiences in New Jersey. The breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline create the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable lunch or dinner. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, enjoying time with family, or planning a romantic meal, the atmosphere is simply second to none. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish beautifully prepared and full of flavor. What truly sets Blu on the Hudson apart, however, is its exceptional staff and genuine hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Charlie welcomed us at the front door with a warm smile and made us feel like valued guests. Our server, Muriel was outstanding—her recommendations were excellent, her attention to detail was impeccable, and she made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It’s a dining experience from beginning to end. This is my second time here, and I absolutely love it. For appetizers, we ordered the octopus, shrimp, calamari, and the Maine lobster cocktail. For our main courses, we had the Cowboy steak, Lobster Fra Diavolo, and the Truffle Cacio e Pepe. The service was exceptional. We ordered a little bit of everything, and I can honestly say that from the appetizers to the desserts, everything was exquisite. Jorge was our server, and he was incredible. He gave us some outstanding recommendations that made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Outstanding lunch today. We had the East Coast oyster which were amazingly fresh. The Weehawken Sushi Roll which was outstanding. Finally, my daughter had the Cesar salad steak which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Top finish we had chocolate ice cream and tiramisu. I told Tyler this was the best tiramisu in a restaurant I have ever had . Overall a great lunch experience. The atmosphere is refined and the service was excellent.Great lunch
